By accessing and using Gatherred ("The Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Gatherred offers subscription-based access. You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gatherred and its licensors.
We may terminate your access to the Service, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
